- Slurred speech, especially accompanied by weakness on one side
- Loss of consciousness
- Not breathing or gasping for breath
- Chest pain
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Severe abdominal pain
- Fracture requiring stabilization
- Severe allergic reaction
- Other medical emergencies
