You’ve heard of Black Friday and Cyber Monday.  Now #GivingTuesday gives you a chance to make an investment where it really matters – in organizations that support your community.

#Giving Tuesday is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and kicks off the charitable season.  Since its inaugural year in 2012, #GivingTuesday has become a movement that celebrates and supports giving and philanthropy.

This year, Penn Highlands Healthcare is asking for your participation in #GivingTuesday by becoming a volunteer, joining one of our auxiliaries or by making a donation to one of our hospitals through our Annual Giving Campaign.  You can donate online or you can send a check made payable to Penn Highlands Healthcare, 204 Hospital Avenue, DuBois, PA  15801.  Be sure to make a note on your check as to which hospital of Penn Highlands Healthcare you wish to support.

#Giving Tuesday is a celebration of America’s greatest traditions:  generosity, entrepreneurialism, community.   Everyone has something to give.  You can give time or expertise, monetary donations large or small, simple acts of kindness or volunteerism.

Thank you for your generosity and your participation in #GivingTuesday.
