Conner Hosner, MD

Conner Hosner, MD is a Sports Medicine Fellow at Penn Highlands Healthcare. He completed his Bachelors in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of Michigan. He then completed his Doctor of Medicine from Central Michigan University College of Medicine in 2019.

Dr. Hosner came to Penn Highlands Healthcare after completing his Family Medicine Residency at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO. His interests include wilderness, hiking, traveling, skiing, and soccer.

Hosner was raised in Michigan. He is a former soccer goalie who participated on his high school team as well as intramural soccer team in medical school. In his free time he enjoys being outside and active.
