This is for anyone considering quitting even if not ready to quit.

Hosted by The Lung Center of Penn Highlands DuBois, it is a class to help - not to judge or criticize. There is no cost but pre-registration is required. Nicotine replacement aids will be provided to those are interested.

This five week class will be taught by Candy Cole, RN, nurse navigator with The Lung Center who is certified in teaching smoking cessation and Bernie Adamson, RN, from the Cardiac Rehab Unit at Penn Highlands DuBois.

Smoking and the use of other tobacco products, including cigars and smokeless tobacco, causes or worsens numerous diseases and conditions. Some products also expose nearby people to toxic secondhand smoke.
