Welcome MaryBeth Logan, CRNP

MaryBeth Logan, certified registered nurse practitioner, is now seeing patients alongside Dr. Tuesdae Stainbrook, Dr. Shalva Kakabadze, Dr. Bradley Magill and Kelsey Elliot, board certified physician assistant, at the Penn Highlands DuBois Wound Center, located at PH DuBois East, DuBois.

Logan, who is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, provides wound treatment to patients diagnosed with diabetes, neuropathy, ischemic venous insufficiency, peristomal skin irritations as well as wounds caused by trauma, surgery or burns.

“MaryBeth and I have worked closely for several years, offering care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings,” said Stainbrook, medical director of the PH DuBois Wound Center. “I am looking forward to having her join our team in her new role as a nurse practitioner, and I am confident that her knowledge and compassion will serve as a significant benefit to our patients.”

“By working in the hospital and in the Wound Center, I will be able to provide a continuity of care to my patients,” said Logan.

Logan earned her associate’s degree in human development and family studies from Pennsylvania State University in DuBois and her associate’s degree in nursing from Lock Haven University in Clearfield. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Clarion University in Clarion and her master’s degree in nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minn.

Logan received her wound care certification from The Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Logan resides in her hometown, DuBois, with her husband Robert. They have one child, Zach, 19. She is a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church.
