Welcome Robert G. Hellier, DO

Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes Robert G. Hellier, DO, to its medical staff.

Dr. Hellier joins the team in the Behavioral Health Child & Adolescent Inpatient Unit, and the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (R-Place), located at 635 Maple Avenue, in DuBois.

He specializes in serious and persistent mental illness. Dr. Hellier is the attending psychiatrist in the Behavioral Health Child & Adolescent Inpatient Unit, and the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (R-Place). He evaluates, diagnosis and treats children and teens with severe mental health conditions in the hospital.

Dr. Hellier is a graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Erie. He completed his residency in psychiatry, and his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Allegheny General Hospital, in Pittsburgh. Dr. Hellier is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
