Welcome Troy Templeton, PA-C

Penn Highlands Elk welcomes Troy Templeton, board certified physician assistant, who sees patients at the QCare St. Marys and QCare Ridgway, according to Bradley Chapman, president of PH Elk.

Templeton diagnoses and treats patients in the region with minor, acute illnesses and injuries. He offers expert care to those in need of suturing, sports physicals and even treatment for flu symptoms, fevers, coughs, sinus problems or ear aches.

“We are pleased to welcome Troy to Penn Highlands Elk,” said Chapman. “He will be a great addition to QCare St. Marys and QCare Ridgway, and will provide expert care to the patients he sees.”

Templeton earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in physician assistant science from St. Francis University in Loretto. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

A native of New Germany, Templeton currently resides in Ridgway. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, archery, fly fishing, snowboarding and baseball.
