Mon Valley Care Center
Our Personal Care Home located on the third floor is composed of 41 private and semi-private rooms offering residents a lifestyle designed to meet their changing needs.
Residents are assessed, and plans of care are created to ensure the residents receive the necessary care. The residents are provided with around the clock care providing medication management along with assistance with dressing, bathing, walking, meals, and activities as needed.
