Penn Highlands Healthcare offers a signing bonus for various Registered Nurse and Graduate Nurse positions. A $30k* signing bonus is offered at various locations to those who are eligible. Payout for all participating facilities is within one year and a commitment of three years is required.

• Eligible candidates also include Registered Nurses or Graduate Nurses, who commit to working any shift in the Emergency Department.

Penn Highlands Connellsville

• Eligible candidates include Registered or Graduate Nurses, who commit to working in the Emergency Department or Behavioral Health Unit.

Penn Highlands DuBois

• Eligible candidates include Registered or Graduate Nurses, who commit to working any shift in the Behavioral Health Unit, Emergency Department, Neuro Trauma ICU and Acute Surgical Unit.

Penn Highlands Elk

• Eligible candidates include Registered or Graduate Nurses, who commit to working any shift in the Emergency Department.

Penn Highlands Huntingdon

• Eligible candidates include Registered Nurses or Graduate Nurses, who commit to working in the Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Acute Care, or ICU.

• Eligible candidates include Registered Nurses or Graduate Nurses, who commit to working in the Medical/Surgical Unit or Emergency Deparment.
