Welcome, David Steves, DO

Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes Dr. David Steves, board-certified family medicine physician, to its medical staff.

Dr. Steves joins the team at the Family Medicine Residency Clinic, located at 145 Hospital Avenue, Suite 315, in DuBois.

Whether you need a routine checkup, care for an ongoing medical condition or preventative screenings and wellness checks, Dr. Steves provides individualized care to patients of all ages.

Common treatments and procedures include aches and pains, allergies, asthma, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, major illnesses, minor illnesses, rashes.

Dr. Steves is also a core faculty member of the family residency program and oversees residents at the Brookville Rural Health Center. He is also a youth soccer coach and former high school teacher.

Prior to joining Penn Highlands, Dr. Steves practiced at Keystone Rural Health in Chambersburg and Cowlitz Family Health Center, at Wahkiakum Clinic, in Cathlamet, Wash.

Dr. Steves graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in osteopathic family medicine at Clarion Hospital in Clarion. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medicine Association.
