Penn Highlands Mon Valley May Innovations in Medicine

Innovations in Medicine, the community programming that Penn Highlands Mon Valley offers to residents of the region, continues in May.

Carolyn Moore, MD, a board-certified thoracic surgeon who provides chest wall reconstruction, hiatal hernia surgery, among other advanced procedures, will be the presenter on Friday, May 22, 2026. She will discuss “Everything You Want to Know about Thoracic Surgery.”

The program will be held at 3:00 PM in the Anthony M. Lombardi Education Conference Center on the campus of Penn Highlands Mon Valley.

Refreshments will be served and giveaways will be provided. Parking is free.
