“We are very pleased to have Fawn join us in providing care for our community. Nurse practitioners provide a unique educational and background experience which enriches the health care team,” Dr. Gregory Little, medical director of the Emergency Department at PH Clearfield, said.

“I have always been passionate about helping people,” Baldauf said. “My mother passed away unexpectedly when I was 13-years-old. The compassionate care my family and I received from the hospital staff is what solidified my decision to go into them medical field.”

A native of Zion Grove, she lives in Tyrone with her husband, Toby; their daughter, Ava; and their English springer spaniel, Jaxson. She is a member of Sinking Valley Presbyterian Church.
