Bereavement Support Services

Penn Highlands Community Nurses Bereavement Support Services

We extend our deepest sympathy on the loss of someone special in your life. Each of us takes our own journey through grief and healing. We are here to help.

Penn Highlands Community Nurses Hospice offers bereavement support services to our Hospice families for at least 13 months after the death of a loved one. And our Bereavement Counselors are available to assist any individuals in our communities who have suffered a loss. All are welcome to attend our Support Groups and activities. We especially welcome young people to our programs designed specifically for youth.

The death of a loved one can be a very traumatic experience physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually. Each situation is unique and each person responds in ways that are uniquely their own. Counseling and support services can guide you through some of the challenges of grieving as you adjust to your loss.

Please contact us at 1-800-841-9397 if you have any questions about our bereavement services.
