The Bariatric Support Group is a great opportunity for bariatric surgery patients and their support system to gain knowledge, network with other bariatric surgery clients (both pre-op and post-op) and obtain the necessary support to be successful through your health and wellness journey.

Meeting Agenda - (no formal meeting)

• Holiday social gathering.
• Holiday traditions – group share.
• Celebrate NSVs with family / support system.
• Prepare for milestones and celebrations in the upcoming year!! Example “rebirthday” – anniversary of surgery, weight loss milestones, activity progression, etc.
